Most people know that we have cats and we got a new puppy in July. Most people may also know that I love Halloween. What most people may not know is that I think it's a good idea to combine the two things. Petco and Petsmart both had costume contests last week. We took 2nd and 3rd place, respectively, beating out some pretty stiff competition! John gets most of the credit for the costume ideas. I claim credit for making them - for once, something I made turned out like the vision I had in my head! Introducing: Maya, the escaped prisoner, Kamini, the police dog, and the crazy police woman who dressed them up!
*Please note, John is not part of this menagerie only because I could not find him a black and white striped t-shirt to wear (although he'll certainly tell you he refused to be part of such silliness).
